Job summary

Informa TechTarget seeks a Head of Global Procure to Pay (P2P) / Accounts Payable (AP) to lead the global AP function after a merger, overseeing US, EMEA and APAC regions. You will manage a dispersed team, drive improvements, and implement new systems to enhance efficiency while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

The role reports to the Director of Global Shared Services and Transformation and requires ensuring compliant, cost-effective P2P operations with robust controls and analytics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a global accounts payable function with dispersed teams across regions.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and AP automation tools.
• SOX compliance and multi-currency payment knowledge.
• Strong leadership and change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global AP across US, EMEA and APAC entities with timely processing.
• Lead geographically dispersed AP team and drive process improvements.
• Drive automation initiatives and system implementations for P2P.
• Maintain SOX compliance, controls and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance and IT to align processes.
• Report AP performance metrics to senior leadership.
