Repligen, a leader in bioprocessing solutions, seeks a Global Product Manager for Spectroscopy & Systems Integration. You will own the product strategy and roadmap for spectroscopy technologies, integrating hardware and software across various platforms and collaborating with R&D, Applications, Commercial and Operations to deliver connected analytical solutions.

You will translate customer workflows into actionable requirements, align priorities across business units, and drive commercialization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering, life sciences or a related technical discipline. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of product management, commercial or related experience in analytical instrumentation, life sciences, bioprocessing or similar technical markets.
• Experience with spectroscopy, analytical instruments, connected products or hardware‑and‑software solutions preferred.
• Ability to translate customer and technical needs into practical product requirements and business recommendations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-facing experience and ability to build internal/external relationships.
• Ability to travel ~15% as needed.

Responsabilités

• Own and maintain the product vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for spectroscopy technologies and connected solutions.
• Translate business objectives and customer workflows into actionable requirements and development priorities.
• Engage customers and partners to validate needs and advance commercialization opportunities.
• Collaborate across hardware, software, applications, automation platforms and third‑party solutions for integrated offerings.
• Define requirements and priorities for integrating spectroscopy with Process Analytics instruments and manufacturing systems.
• Drive product launches, lifecycle management and continuous improvement.

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering, life sciences or a related technical discipline
