Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Senior Spatial Data Manager to own the global spatial data governance model and lead a small, globally distributed team. You will drive data integrity in the IWMS platform and ensure alignment with workplace strategy and portfolio planning.

You will lead governance programs, optimize spatial data workflows, and deliver executive-level reporting with strong collaboration across regional teams and partners.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent in Architectural Technology, Space Planning, Spatial Data Management, Data Analytics, or Occupancy Planning.
• 4–8 years of experience with IWMS/CAFM platforms such as FMS OpenBlue, Manhattan One, Serraview, or similar systems.
• Advanced proficiency in reading architectural drawings and applying BOMA space standards.
• Strong analytical skills with MS Office and Power BI or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills for cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading and developing a small team and governance programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level SME in spatial data management, CAD/CAFM administration, and space analytics.
• Lead global governance of spatial and occupancy data ensuring enterprise standards and regional delivery.
• Own the spatial data operating model within IWMS ensuring data integrity and alignment with workplace strategy.
• Establish and maintain global naming conventions, allocation models, and reporting frameworks.
• Drive improvements in spatial data workflows, dashboards, KPIs, and audit programs.
