Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Spatial Data Manager to support Project Management, Occupancy Planning, and Move Management. The role focuses on maintaining drawings, generating space reports, and acting as the global contact for space data solutions.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in a related field and 4–8 years of corporate real estate experience, with strong CAD/CAFM proficiency and data-management skills. This position is office-based with potential for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent in Architectural Technology, Space Planning, Data Analytics or Occupancy Planning.
• Four to Eight years of experience in a corporate real estate environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops designs using CAD equipment and software.
• Establishes and maintains an organized file system for As-Built Drawings.
• Converts existing construction drawings to CAD/Drafting software.
• Communicates with Project Management, Space Planning and Move Management for CAD needs.
• Generates reports and analyses on Space.
• Manages and reports space allocation data, including business presence and archiving.
• Proactively monitors space allocation data and changes.
• Provides allocation data in accordance with client Space Allocation Process Requirements.
• Establishes core program standards for global space naming, allocation model, drawing and reporting standards.
• Serves as SPOC and global system administrator for client space data management system.
