Job summary

Körber is seeking a results-driven parts and sales support specialist to be the first contact for internal customers, offering advanced spare parts support and technical guidance on high-tech equipment. You will manage quotations, orders, and CRM documentation while coordinating with global teams to fulfill SLAs and drive customer satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing/automation, pharma packaging experience, and CRM proficiency, with strong communication and multi-tasking

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in manufacturing and automation equipment.
• Pharma packaging experience preferred.
• Salesforce or CRM systems experience.
• Excellent customer service and technical support.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to plan, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with CRM/ERP tools.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for internal customers and provide advanced spare parts support.
• Advise on spare parts, retrofits, maintenance, and training.
• Prepare customer-specific spare parts recommendations.
• Prepare quotations including assembly time for inquiries.
• Initiate orders and monitor through delivery and shipping.
• Monitor SLAs and parts for projects.
• Prepare spare parts packages for machine projects.
• Enable parts procurement globally.
• Document and resolve issues in the CRM system.
• Liaise with Körber Pharma sister companies and third parties.
• Support legacy part inquiries.
• Assist customer-oriented development of spare parts products.
