Job summary

Körber Pharma seeks a detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to handle quotes, orders, returns, and service interactions within a designated North American territory. You will coordinate with global teams to ensure accurate part numbers, pricing, and timely order confirmations, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

You will maintain records, respond promptly to inquiries, and support parts sales goals through effective communication and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in business admin, office admin, or related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business customer support.
• Great attention to detail.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and organizational skills.
• Good working knowledge of part numbers.
• Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude.
• Initiative and problem solving skills.
• Computer literacy with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions—quotes, orders, returns, repairs, warranties, complaints within designated territory.
• Provide professional customer support and gather information from Korber HQs as needed.
• Prepare quotations with accurate stock, terms, and pricing.
• Verify orders for correct part numbers, descriptions, addresses, terms, and prices.
• Communicate with engineering, technical support, purchasing, and European counterparts to define specifications.
• Coordinate with field service and European teams to ensure parts availability for onsite visits.
• Review orders and deliveries to avert delays and support yearly sales targets.
