Job summary

Körber Pharma Packaging AG seeks an experienced spare parts specialist to be the initial point of contact for internal customers, providing advanced technical support for high-tech equipment.

You will actively sell and advise on spare parts, retrofits, maintenance, and training, while preparing costed quotations and customer-specific recommendations. Strong CRM skills and familiarity with ERP systems are essential in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing and automation equipment.
• Pharma packaging experience preferred.
• CRM (Salesforce) experience required.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact with internal customers, providing advanced spare parts support.
• Engage in active sales and technical consulting for spare parts, retrofits, maintenance, training, etc.
• Prepare customer-specific spare parts recommendations and quotations including assembly time.
• Initiate orders and monitor delivery and shipping.
• Manage parts under Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Prepare spare parts packages for machine projects and enable global procurement/delivery.
