Job summary

JLL seeks a Space Data Manager to manage occupancy data and CAFM/IWMS operations for a large enterprise client portfolio. You will coordinate with local contacts and a distributed team across time zones to drive data accuracy and reporting excellence.

You will lead governance, leverage CAD and space data tools, and collaborate with global account teams to deliver scalable, data-driven real estate solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Space Planning, Data Management, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of space data management experience with enterprise clients.
• Proven track record in team leadership and global project management.
• Experience with CAFM/IWMS systems (ServiceNow/WSD, FM:Systems, TRIRIGA, Manhattan Centerstone, Archibus, Serraview).

Responsibilities

• Manage CAFM/IWMS data operations, occupancy data maintenance, and reporting for global accounts.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance compliance, and SLA adherence.
• Lead global team engagement, coordinating with service line peers and client teams.
• Serve as SME for CAFM/IWMS systems, support deployment and training.
• Oversee enterprise-wide data transformation and high-volume project workflows.
