Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in space data management with enterprise clients, strong CAD/Excel capabilities, and knowledge of BOMA/OSCRE standards, enabling effective global project coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Space Planning, Data Management, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in space data management with enterprise clients.
• Proven track record in global project management and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Data Management Excellence: Manage CAFM/IWMS, space and occupancy data maintenance and analysis; provide strategic reporting.
• Global Team Engagement: Coordinate with global account teams and cross-functional service lines.
• Advanced Technology Systems Administration: Act as SME for CAFM/IWMS, occupancy supply/demand, allocations and space reservations.
• Large-Scale Project Management: Lead enterprise-wide initiatives and scale implementations across multiple locations.
• Strategic Partnership & Collaboration: Train and transfer knowledge across teams and external partners.
