Job summary

JLL seeks a Space Data Manager to handle complex occupancy data for a Wells Fargo portfolio, coordinating with a distributed team across time zones. You will oversee CAFM/IWMS operations, ensure data integrity, and drive reporting to inform global real estate decisions.

Key responsibilities include leading data transformation initiatives, maintaining system expert knowledge, and collaborating with JLLT teams and external partners to deliver scalable solutions across campuses worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Space Planning, Data Management, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in space data management with enterprise clients.
• Proven track record in leadership and global project management.
• Experience with CAFM/IWMS systems such as ServiceNow/WSD, FM:Systems, TRIRIGA, Manhattan Centerstone, Archibus, Serraview.

Responsibilities

• Manage CAFM/IWMS database operations, space and occupancy data maintenance and analysis, and provide reporting for global real estate decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy and governance compliance with SLA requirements.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across a global account team and service lines.
