Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Space & Occupancy Data Manager to oversee occupancy planning and data-focused projects across the portfolio. You will audit IWMS space data, generate reports, and support space planning with data-driven insights.

The role requires 4–6 years in data administration or occupancy planning, strong Excel and IWMS skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. Remote work is not specified; CBRE GWS offers a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 4-6 years of experience in data administration, occupancy planning, or space planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel, including pivot tables.
• Proven IWMS/CAFM super-user capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze IWMS space data to reflect occupancy, layout, and attributes of each building.
• Audit data accuracy and prepare supporting documentation in various formats.
• Collaborate with Occupancy Planning and Projects Teams providing data and reports.
• Develop analytics and data pipelines to generate insights and reporting needs.
• Lead data integrity projects and trainings for stakeholders.
