Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Global Sourcing Manager, Critical Minerals (Rare Earth Magnets) to own the end-to-end global mandate for a designated critical mineral. You will map supply chains, manage supplier relationships, model should-cost, and drive stockpiling plans to ensure US-friendly, cost-controlled supply for NPI and mass production.

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
• 5+ years in commodity management / strategic sourcing with exposure to critical minerals or their downstream products.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international travel; onsite Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsabilidades

• Own commodity strategy for assigned mineral with focus on resilience and cost.
• Build tiered supply chain maps from end products to raw material.
• Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP processes with miners, refiners, processors, and suppliers.
• Partner with Engineering and CorpDev/Finance to mitigate single points of failure.
