Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Staff Global Sourcing Manager for Critical Minerals to own end-to-end supply chain strategy for rare earth magnets and other strategic minerals. You’ll lead market intelligence, supplier relationships, and should-cost analyses to secure US-friendly sources and protect BOM costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in commodity management and strategic sourcing with direct exposure to critical minerals or their downstream products.
• Demonstrated experience navigating concentrated, geopolitically sensitive supply chains.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including international travel to mines, refiners, and processors.
• Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.

• Own the commodity strategy for your assigned critical mineral with focus on resilience, risk, cost and quality.
• Maintain tiered supply chain mapping from end products to raw material and assess BOM impact.
• Lead market intelligence and deliver weekly price, disruption and geopolitical updates.
