UpGuard is hiring a Director of Global Solutions Engineering to lead the technical engine behind our revenue organization. You will manage a global team of Sales Engineers and Solutions Consultants, driving the technical win in new business and serving as the escalation path post-sale.

You’ll report to the CRO and blend strategy with hands-on leadership, owning RFPs, security assessments, and partner enablement to scale our cyber risk posture management platform worldwide.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building and leading world-class Solutions/Sales Engineering teams.
• Experience selling a technically complex product to technical buyers.
• Owned technical experience across the customer journey from pre- to post-sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global, multi-region team of Sales Engineers and Solutions Consultants.
• Own the pre-sales technical win through demos, PoCs, and value engineering.
• Oversee post-sales technical escalation and cross-sell initiatives across product suite.
