Job summary

UpGuard is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own strategy across a portfolio of product areas, leading a high-performing team of Senior Product Managers. You'll partner with executives and squads to shape long-term plans, drive revenue and user outcomes, and maintain high standards of product management across the organization.

You will manage a PM function in a fast-growing environment, collaborating with engineers and designers to deliver measurable impact for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of B2B SaaS product management experience, including 3+ years directly managing product teams.
• Experience defining, driving and advocating for complex product initiatives.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction across multiple product areas and oversee portfolio outcomes.
• Nurture Senior Product Managers and maintain consistency in processes across squads.
• Resolve trade-offs between squads and build a coherent product narrative with revenue and risk focus.
• Lead long-term planning with a rolling two-to-three year vision and empower decision-makers.
• Hire, coach and develop product managers while upholding high standards of rigor.
