UpGuard is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own strategy across multiple product areas, guiding a portfolio and a high-performing team of Senior Product Managers. You’ll stay hands-on and collaborate across squads to deliver customer, business and revenue outcomes.

You will shape long-term plans, drive cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Marketing and Engineering, and build a compelling narrative for growth in a fast‑growing, AI‑driven security platform.

Formación

• 7–10 years in B2B SaaS product management, with 3+ years leading product teams.
• Proven ability to own multi-squad strategy and drive measurable outcomes.
• Experience defining and driving complex product initiatives with engineers and designers.
• Excellent communication and analytical thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Set strategic direction across multiple product areas.
• Own portfolio outcomes across squads, aligning customer, business and execution results.
• Build product narratives with revenue, engagement, and retention focus.
• Partner with CPO/VP on strategic decisions.
• Lead planning and budgeting for 2–3 year horizon.
