Job summary

TraceGains, a Veralto company, is seeking a Solutions Engineer III to partner with our European sales team. This fully remote role will be located in the United Kingdom or Italy and focus on discovery, design of tailored demonstrations, and translating business needs into scalable solutions with a strong technical lens.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the UK, Europe and occasionally the US.
• Fluency in English and the existing right to work in the United Kingdom or Italy.
• 2+ years of pre-sales experience in SaaS or enterprise software, OR 2+ years of hands-on experience using or administering PLM, quality, compliance or supply chain systems in relevant industries.
• Strong technical background including APIs, integrations, SaaS deployments and web technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with SMB to enterprise customers to understand their current state, pain points and requirements.
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations remotely and on-site at customer locations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions, including integration strategies and technical roadmaps with customer stakeholders.
• Own the technical side of the sale: RFP/RFI responses, information security questionnaires and Statements of Work outlining the final solution design and scope.
• Support Marketing at industry events, trade shows and webinars, and share customer insight with Product and R&D.
• Partner with Customer Success to deliver smooth handoffs for implementation and onboarding.
