Job summary

Checkmarx is seeking a talented Solutions Engineer to support its sales efforts in Italy and the region. You will act as a trusted adviser, drive evaluations, and articulate product positioning to both business and technical audiences while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

These duties require self-motivation, remote work adaptability, and occasional European travel. Fluency in Italian and English is essential for client communication and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
• 5 years enterprise software pre-sales experience.
• Fluency in Italian and English for client communication.
• Experience with modern programming environments and DevOps concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a business solution adviser and product expert for Checkmarx prospects and customers in the region.
• Coordinate all technical requirements in the sales process.
• Demonstrate the Checkmarx solution in meetings, conventions, and web sessions.
• Respond to functional and technical elements of RFPs.
• Translate customer needs to Product Management and design implementations.
