Job summary

TransUnion LLC in Reston, VA is seeking a VP-level Solutions Consulting leader to drive global architecture strategy and manage senior teams. You will shape reference architectures, partner across product, engineering, and sales, and guide security, deployment, and interoperability discussions for carrier and enterprise customers.

You will build scalable solutions, establish reusable assets, and lead RFIs/RFPs with cross-functional teams, driving adoption and revenue across international markets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in solutions architecture, systems design, software engineering, product development, or technology consulting.
• Global leadership of senior technical teams in a matrixed organization, incl. coaching and succession planning.
• Deep telecommunications domain expertise across messaging, identity, security, and carrier-grade environments.
• Executive-level communication and advisory experience with customer executives and product teams.
• Influence product strategy and roadmaps from market insights into scalable capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a global team of senior solutions architects.
• Set the global solutions architecture vision and translate portfolio strategy into scalable solutions.
• Partner with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to align investments with needs.
• Lead complex architecture discussions ensuring security, scalability, and viability.
• Develop solution strategies to increase adoption, retention, and revenue across markets.
• Establish reusable architecture assets and vendor relationships to extend capabilities.
• Lead RFIs/RFPs responses with cross-functional teams and monitor architecture quality.
