Job summary

TransUnion LLC is seeking a VP, Solutions Consulting to lead a global team of senior solutions architects. The role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, partnering across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Legal to shape architecture roadmaps and secure, scalable customer solutions.

You will travel ~30–40% to support customers and partners, and report to the SVP, Commercialization. This is a hybrid, full-time role with ongoing leadership responsibilities across global markets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in solutions architecture and related fields.
• Experience leading senior technical teams in a global, matrixed organization.
• Deep telecommunications domain expertise across messaging, voice, signaling, identity, and security.
• Ability to influence product strategy and roadmaps from market insights.
• Executive-level advisory experience with customer and commercial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a global team of senior solutions architects and set priorities.
• Define global architecture vision and translate strategy into scalable solutions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Legal to influence roadmaps and investments.
• Advise carrier and enterprise executives on architecture, deployment, and security.
• Lead complex architecture reviews to ensure secure, scalable, and commercially viable deployments.
• Develop solution strategies to drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
• Create reusable architecture assets and enablement materials for teams and partners.
• Forge vendor relationships to extend capabilities and accelerate adoption.
• Lead responses to RFIs/RFPs with cross-functional teams and monitor quality measures.
