Job summary

TransUnion LLC is seeking a visionary VP, Solutions Consulting to lead the global Solutions Architecture and advisory practice. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Legal to align roadmaps with customer needs, drive strategy, and oversee a high-impact team across markets.

You will travel approximately 30-40% to support customers and industry forums, manage complex RFIs/RFPs, and ensure secure, scalable, and commercially viable solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in solutions architecture, systems design, software engineering, product development, or technology consulting.
• Experience designing and delivering complex solutions for telecommunications carriers or large enterprises.
• Demonstrated success building and leading senior technical teams in a global, matrixed organization.
• Executive-level communication and advisory experience with ability to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a global team of senior solutions architects.
• Set the global solutions architecture vision and translate portfolio strategy into scalable customer solutions.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Sales, Marketing, and Business Development to influence product roadmaps.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to carrier and enterprise executives on architecture and deployment strategy.
• Lead complex architecture discussions and design reviews for secure, scalable solutions.
• Develop and execute solution strategies that increase customer adoption and revenue growth.
• Establish reusable architecture assets and implementation playbooks.
• Build strategic relationships with technology vendors and external partners.
• Lead technical responses to RFIs and RFPs in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor measures for architecture quality, deployment effectiveness, and revenue enablement.
