Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in solutions architecture, systems design, software engineering, product development, or technology consulting.
• Proven leadership of senior technical teams in a global, matrixed organization.
• Deep telecommunications domain expertise across messaging, identity, security, and carrier-grade environments.
• Ability to translate customer/market insights into scalable capabilities and measurable business outcomes.
• Executive-level communication to influence product roadmaps and technology decisions.

• Build, lead, and develop a global team of senior solutions architects.
• Set the global solutions architecture vision and translate portfolio strategy into scalable customer solutions.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Sales, Marketing to align investments with needs.
• Serve as trusted advisor to executives on architecture, deployment, security, and performance.
• Lead RFIs/RFPs and monitor architecture quality and deployment effectiveness.
