TransUnion is seeking a VP, Solutions Consulting to build and lead a global team of senior solutions architects. The role reports to the SVP, Commercialization and is a hybrid position requiring in-person work at a TU office location for at least two days per week.

You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Sales, Marketing, and Business Development to influence roadmaps, align investments with customer needs, and drive revenue growth across global markets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in solutions architecture or related fields.
• Experience leading global, matrixed technical teams.
• Deep telecom domain, security, and identity knowledge.
• Ability to influence product strategy and roadmaps.
• Executive-level communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Build, lead, and develop a global senior solutions-architect team.
• Set vision, translate portfolio strategy into scalable solutions.
• Partner across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to align roadmaps.
• Advise carrier and enterprise executives on architecture and strategy.
• Lead architecture reviews ensuring security, scalability, and viability.
• Develop solution strategies to drive adoption and revenue.
• Establish reusable architecture assets and partner relationships.
• Lead RFIs/RFPs with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor metrics on architecture quality and deployment effectiveness; travel 30–40%.
