As Business Development Manager – Software Solutions, you will grow MaxGrip’s EAM, CMMS, and APM software portfolio, identifying and closing new opportunities while building trusted relationships with maintenance and asset-management leaders.

Responsibilities

• Work with sales leadership, technical and regional operations to execute a sales strategy to grow MaxGrip’s EAM, CMMS, and APM software business.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Conduct customer meetings, workshops, and value-based solution presentations.
• Collaborate with consultants, technical experts, and software partners to develop winning solutions.
• Develop business cases and value propositions that clearly demonstrate customer benefits and ROI.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline, forecast, and sales activity records within the CRM system.
• Achieve software revenue, margin, and growth targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, digital transformation initiatives, and asset management technologies.
