Job summary

1898 & Co. is seeking an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Service Offering Director to shape and scale a dual-platform EAM practice across North America, focusing on IFS Cloud and IBM Maximo for utility and infrastructure clients.

You will blend strategy, business development, architecture, and delivery oversight from a leadership position. You will lead executive conversations, architect integrated EAM/APM solutions, and drive multi-platform value while mentoring a growing delivery team and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, MIS or related field with extensive experience.
Proven track record managing consulting engagements.
Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to translate complex needs into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

Define EAM strategy and go-to-market roadmap for EAM and APM services, leveraging IFS and IBM Maximo.
Lead executive client conversations to uncover pain points and align needs with EAM solutions.
Oversee complex EAM/APM implementations and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Mentor and scale the delivery team across North America.
