1898 & Co. is seeking an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Service Offering Director to lead and scale a dual-platform EAM practice focused on IFS Cloud and IBM Maximo for utilities and infrastructure across North America.

You will define go-to-market strategy, architect EAM/APM solutions, lead high-value sales pursuits, and oversee major client projects within a hybrid leadership role that blends strategy, business development, solution architecture, and delivery oversight.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, computer science, MIS, or related field and 13 years of relevant experience required.
• Excellent business acumen with proven success managing consulting engagements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets.
• Ability to uncover customer needs, develop recommendations and deliver them persuasively.
• Expert facilitation, collaboration, organization, and problem solving skills.

Mansioni

• Define the EAM Strategy: Own and execute the strategic vision and go-to-market roadmap for EAM and APM services using IFS and IBM Maximo.
• Build the Brand: Present at industry events and publish thought leadership to raise profile.
• Develop Sales Enablement: Create collateral, case studies, and demonstrations highlighting multi-platform value.
• Lead Executive Client Conversations: Drive discussions with utilities to align needs with EAM solutions.
• Architect Winning Solutions: Design integrated EAM/APM/grid architectures meeting regulatory requirements.
• Own the Pursuit: Lead proposals, scope, estimates, and pitches to client leadership.
• Manage Pipeline: Maintain a healthy pipeline with account exec and engagement directors.
• Oversee Complex Implementations: Provide strategic oversight on major EAM/APM projects.
• QA/QC Leadership: Ensure deliverables meet internal and client specifications.
• Nurture and Scale the Team: Mentor staff and build a world-class EAM delivery practice.
