Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Technical Program Lead & Solution Architect - IBM Maximo to drive large-scale EAM transformation programs and define enterprise asset management strategies. You will architect Maximo MAS solutions, guide integrations, and provide executive-level advisory across complex environments.

The role requires deep IBM Maximo expertise, MAS architecture, and strong program leadership with client-facing consulting experience to deliver scalable, measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of architecture, design, implementation, and support of IBM Maximo 7.6.x.
• Strong understanding of Maximo Application Suite (MAS) solutions with Red Hat OpenShift.
• Exposure to infrastructure set-up for MAS (Maximo Application Suite).
• Experience with large-scale EAM transformation programs, managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and support of IBM Maximo 7.6.x and MAS solutions across complex EAM environments.
• Serve as the technical lead for EAM, application architecture, integrations, data management, cloud deployments, and operational business processes.
• Architect and oversee integrations between Maximo and enterprise systems (ERP, GIS, HR, finance, IoT).
• Define and implement data governance, master data management, migration, and quality strategies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams through architecture reviews and governance sessions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, aligning Maximo with strategic objectives and engaging executives.
• Lead large-scale EAM transformation programs, managing scope, budget, schedules, risks, and quality.
