Job summary

TechSoup is seeking a creative Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to own its global social presence, paid campaigns, and online community ecosystem. You will drive end-to-end organic strategy, manage multinational paid social efforts (LinkedIn and Meta), and nurture a network of nonprofit advocates.

You will work with Wrike for project workflows and HubSpot for campaign alignment, lead tracking, and lifecycle marketing, while measuring performance across channels and reporting insights.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience managing organic social media, paid social advertising, and online communities.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, tech marketplaces, or nonprofit/social impact sector preferred.
• Hands-on proficiency with Wrike for editorial calendars, campaigns, and cross-team deliverables.
• Practical experience with MarTech tools like HubSpot for marketing campaigns and lead tracking.
• Strong copywriting and visual design skills for mission-driven audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end organic social strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels.
• Scale international paid social ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta) to drive leads and registrations.
• Manage online community engagement, nurture advocates, and foster peer-to-peer discussions.
• Oversee campaign workflows in Wrike and align marketing with HubSpot-driven workflows.
• Measure and report performance across organic and paid social channels.
