Job summary

WCG is seeking a Site Engagement & Insights Associate Director to lead the CenterWatch survey program globally, owning instrument design, fielding, analysis, and client readouts. You will connect insights with product and service development and strengthen sponsor, CRO, and site relationships.

The role requires 8+ years in clinical research, strong storytelling with data, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, public health, business, or related field required.
• Advanced degree (e.g., MS, MPH, MBA) preferred.
• 8+ years in clinical research, site engagement, or related sponsor/CRO/site roles.
• Experience designing, fielding, and analyzing surveys or voice-of-customer programs preferred.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills; strong writing for reports and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of the CenterWatch survey program from design kickoff to readout meetings.
• Design, field, and analyze survey instruments with benchmarking/analytics teams.
• Coordinate client readouts, present findings, and translate insights for executives.
• Maintain data quality, respondent confidentiality, and research ethics across the program.
• Develop benchmark reports and client deliverables across regions and roles.
