WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Site Network Business Development Director to identify, develop, and expand sponsor and CRO relationships, increasing clinical trial opportunities for WCG Site Network investigative sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years sales experience in business development for pharma, life sciences, or sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the business development lead for WCG Site Network by prospecting, qualifying, and selling Site Network services.
• Solely responsible for managing all global pharmaceutical and CRO client relationships for WCG Site Network.
• Target and close specific trial opportunity opportunities that align with Site Network capabilities to optimize revenue.
• Coordinate with leaders and SMEs to create compelling solutions for clients and prospects.
• Develop account strategies and prepare client presentations to company standards.
• Identify, negotiate, and maintain strategic relationships with sponsors and CROs remotely or through travel.
• Harvest opportunities within existing accounts and expand studies available to Site Network sites.
• Manage client meeting schedules to achieve target performance.
• Coordinate with legal team in managing contract negotiations – CDAs.
• Provide market feedback and develop product ideas for Site Network.
• Serve as enterprise SME for Site Network sales strategy and cross-service-line opportunities.
