Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Partner Enablement Lead, System Integrators to define and scale enablement for our SI ecosystem. You will own initiatives from strategy to execution, aligning Partnerships, Sales, Product, and Enablement to drive measurable outcomes.

You will lead practitioner readiness, certification programs, and scalable partner learning paths across a portfolio of strategic partners, including global system integrators.

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling partner enablement programs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across GTM, sales, product, and enablement.
• Proven ability to work with large global SIs and drive program outcomes.
• Ability to translate strategy into repeatable, scalable programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enablement strategy for global system integrator ecosystem.
• Oversee portfolio of strategic SIs, ensuring practitioner readiness and certification outcomes.
• Build and scale the SI enablement function, including team and operating model.
• Design repeatable onboarding, workshops, train-the-trainer, and product launch programs.
• Develop partner learning paths and scalable certification delivery.
