Job summary

NiCE is seeking a Partner Enablement Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute partner-focused enablement initiatives that strengthen partner capability and performance. You will collaborate with product, sales, and readiness teams to develop programs that help partners position, sell, and deliver NiCE solutions.

You will design training sessions, certification paths, and enablement content tailored to GSI scale, track progress, and report trends to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, or a similar field.
• Experience developing or coordinating training or readiness programs for external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary enablement contact for assigned partners, driving certification and readiness.
• Design and deliver partner training sessions and enablement content for scale and delivery models.
• Track progress and report adoption trends to internal stakeholders.
• Develop and execute enablement programs across sales, delivery, and technical roles.
