Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator in Sunnyvale, CA to handle daily shipping, receiving, and inventory in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate domestic and international shipments, prepare all required documents, and use NetSuite to track transactions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Experience with domestic and international shipments.
• Experience preparing invoices, B/Ls, labels, and related docs.
• Experience coordinating freight with UPS, FedEx, and freight providers.
• ERP experience with NetSuite strongly preferred.
• Experience in electronics/manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong inventory control and warehouse process knowledge.
• Ability to troubleshoot shipping discrepancies.

Responsibilities

Compensation: $30 - $40/hour, depending on experience

Job Details

We are seeking a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to support daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and logistics activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating freight shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and working within an ERP system such as NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments using carriers including FedEx, UPS, freight, and LTL providers.
• Generate and review shipping documentation including commercial invoices, Bills of Lading, packing slips, and export paperwork.
• Receive, inspect, and process inbound materials while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Utilize NetSuite or similar ERP systems for shipping, receiving, inventory transactions, and reporting.
• Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, mis-shipments, damaged shipments, and inventory issues.
• Support manufacturing teams by ensuring materials and components are available when needed.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate material transfers between warehouse, manufacturing, and external logistics partners.
• Maintain warehouse organization while following company safety standards and procedures.
• Assist with continuous process improvements within shipping and logistics operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
• Experience supporting domestic and international shipping activities.
• Experience preparing commercial invoices, Bills of Lading, shipping labels, and related documentation.
• Experience coordinating freight, LTL, UPS, and FedEx shipments.
• NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working in electronics manufacturing, hardware manufacturing, PCBA, semiconductor, or similar production environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse processes.
• Experience troubleshooting shipping discrepancies and resolving logistics issues.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
