Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator in Sunnyvale, CA to handle daily shipping, receiving, and inventory in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate domestic and international shipments, prepare all required documents, and use NetSuite to track transactions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Experience with domestic and international shipments.
• Experience preparing invoices, B/Ls, labels, and related docs.
• Experience coordinating freight with UPS, FedEx, and freight providers.
• ERP experience with NetSuite strongly preferred.
• Experience in electronics/manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong inventory control and warehouse process knowledge.
• Ability to troubleshoot shipping discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers.
• Generate shipping docs: invoices, Bills of Lading, packing slips.
• Inspect inbound materials and maintain inventory records.
• Use NetSuite for shipping, receiving, and reporting.
• Resolve shipping discrepancies and mis-shipments.
• Support manufacturing by ensuring material availability.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Coordinate transfers between warehouse and logistics partners.
• Maintain safe, organized warehouse operations.
• Identify process improvements in shipping/logistics.
