You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, monitor orders, handle part transfers, and assist with billing and audits. A focus on accuracy and continuous improvement is essential.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma is required.
• 1 year of experience in a shipping, logistics or documentation-focused role.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic data entry.
• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly and accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, verify, and organize shipping documents to support accurate order fulfillment.
• Print and apply labels for standard and special orders in compliance with requirements.
• Monitor open work orders, identify part shortages, and request warehouse transfers as needed.
• Maintain clear communication regarding shipping terms and resolve discrepancies with Customer Service and Billing.
• Coordinate with Export Documentation Provider to ensure paperwork for international shipments is complete and compliant.
• Ensure records of outbound shipments are maintained for audits and traceability.
