Job summary

Avolta is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to manage inbound/outbound shipments, carrier coordination, and documentation across domestic and international freight. You will work with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and accurate record-keeping.

The role requires experience in shipping operations, familiarity with transportation management systems, and strong attention to detail to maintain smooth distribution flows. Travel may be required up to 10%.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have 3+ years combined experience in shipping, distribution, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Experience coordinating inbound/outbound shipments and using TMS/WMS systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate shipment status clearly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments to support DC operations.
• Schedule carrier pickups and manage shipment bookings in TMS/WMS.
• Track shipments and report delivery status, delays, and exceptions to stakeholders.
• Verify shipping documents for accuracy and compliance (B/Ls, invoices, customs).
• Support inventory reconciliation and cycle counts as needed.
