Job Overview

International Shipping Coordinator (Light Industrial)

Location: 860 Ridge Lake Boulevard, Memphis, TN, US

Key Responsibilities

• Look up and manage purchase orders (PO), delivery orders (DO), and sales orders (SO).
• Cross-reference handling unit 2 fields.
• Identify assigned plants for freight bills that fail to auto-code based on logic parameters.
• Select the correct general ledger (GL) account and apply it to invoices based on identified information.
• Cross-reference carrier documents and carrier websites to assist with exception resolution.
• Utilize bills of lading (BOL), references, and locations to identify and apply the correct codes.

Job Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

• Education: Must have at least an associate's degree.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience facilitating import/export shipments and transportation compliance.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with SAP and freight/carrier document management.
• Soft Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills in English; problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
