Job summary

Legora is seeking a Global Services Sales Expert in New York City to be the credible voice for Global Services in high‑stakes sales conversations. You will draft technical RFP content, evolve it into an automated, human‑in‑the‑loop process, and connect Sales with our partner ecosystem to present a credible picture of partner capabilities.

You’ll report to the Head of Global Services and base in New York City.

Qualifications

Services delivery fluency with implementation or delivery background.
Commercial presence: able to set expectations with external audiences.
Proposal writing experience for complex RFPs with cross‑functional teams.
5–7 years of relevant experience in services delivery and pre‑sales.
Comfortable moving between hands‑on execution and building scalable processes.
Experience in Growth or Revenue org within B2B SaaS is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Participate in enterprise sales to set realistic delivery, implementation timelines, resourcing, and success factors.
Address services‑related questions and objections alongside the commercial team and ensure continuity from pre‑ to post‑sale.
Partner with AI Enablement, Solutions Engineering, Product Operations, and Quality & Training to build an automated RFP response process and oversight.
