Job summary

Legora has grown rapidly and seeks a Head of Executive Recruiting based in New York to shape Director-level hiring globally. You will own end-to-end executive searches, partnering with external firms while building scalable processes and a strong candidate experience.

You'll develop relationships with investors and senior leaders, ensuring confidential handling of strategic roles and high standards across functions and geographies.

Qualifications

• Track record in executive recruiting in-house at a high-growth VC-backed tech company.
• Experience hiring at Director level and shaping leadership hiring processes.
• Ability to brief and manage external search firms rather than just hand a role over.
• Credibility with senior leaders and handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end executive search for Director-level and above roles globally.
• Partner with external executive search firms on select senior hires.
• Put in place scorecards, assessment frameworks, and candidate experience.
• Build relationships across the investor talent community and senior leaders.
• Develop a strong external network across functions and geographies.
• Raise the standard on senior hiring across the broader TA team.
• Collaborate with reward, legal, and people operations to speed offers.
