Job summary

Legora is seeking a Partner Enablement Manager to ignite and scale our global ecosystem. You will architect the end-to-end learning engine that transforms global system integrators, tech partners, and hyperscalers into ambassadors of Legora’s legal AI platform.

You’ll deliver workshops, certification paths, and reusable playbooks to shorten ramp times and unlock co-selling opportunities, coordinating with Product, Sales, Legal Engineering, and Marketing to keep enablement content current.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in partner enablement or related roles.
• Legal background strongly preferred: prior experience in law, legal ops, or legal engineering.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with external audiences.
• Hands-on operational knowledge of platform architecture, workflows, and technical applications.
• Experience building enablement programs across multiple partner types (GSIs, ISVs, hyperscalers).
• Comfort defining and reporting enablement metrics to guide program iterations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end partner enablement across the ecosystem—design, build, and deliver programs for partner verticals.
• Build the certification program with tiered paths and evaluation criteria.
• Deliver live enablement through workshops, deep dives, and scenario-based training.
• Build a reusable content library with playbooks and training assets.
• Act as the internal voice of the partner ecosystem across Product, Sales, Legal Engineering, and Marketing.
• Track activation, certification, and readiness metrics and refine the program accordingly.
