Job summary

Legora is seeking a Global Services Sales Expert in New York City to serve as the credible, informed voice for Global Services in high-stakes sales conversations. You will draft technical RFP content and evolve it into an automated, human-in-the-loop process, while liaising with partner ecosystems to present a credible picture of partner capabilities.

You will report to the Head of Global Services, contribute to cross‑functional initiatives, and help ensure delivery and sales teams stay aligned

Qualifications

5–7 years of relevant experience in services delivery and pre-sales.
Experience drafting complex RFPs and responding to security/compliance questions.
Ability to build automated processes and work with cross‑functional teams.
Strong commercial presence and ability to set expectations with prospects.

Responsibilities

Services presence in sales: support delivery expectations in enterprise and strategic deals.
RFP ownership: draft technical sections and alignment with security/compliance requirements.
Partner liaison and enablement: build fluency with partner ecosystem and enablement materials.
RFP automation: transition to owning and maintaining an automated RFP process.
