Job summary

Legora is seeking a seasoned Partner Enablement Manager to ignite and scale the company’s global partner ecosystem from its New York hub. In this high-leverage role, you’ll architect learning experiences, design certification paths, and create scalable playbooks to accelerate partner adoption and co-selling with Legora’s AI platform.

You will translate complex legal workflows into practical training, run live workshops, and build a reusable content library.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in Partner Enablement or related roles.
• Legal background strongly preferred: legal ops, or legal engineering.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation capabilities.
• Hands-on knowledge of platform architecture and workflows.
• Experience building enablement across multiple partner types (GSIs, ISV, hyperscalers).
• Comfort defining and reporting on enablement metrics to drive iteration.
• Familiarity with partner portals / PRM tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end partner enablement across the ecosystem and tailor content by partner type.
• Build tiered certification paths and evaluation criteria for onboarding through advanced levels.
• Deliver live enablement: workshops, deep dives, and scenario-based training.
• Create a reusable content library with playbooks and training assets.
• Act as the internal voice of the partner ecosystem across Product, Sales, Legal Engineering, and Marketing.
• Track activation, certification, and readiness metrics and refine the program accordingly.
