Job summary

Boyd is seeking a Global Vice President, Services to define and execute a scalable global services strategy across Americas, EMEA, and APAC. You will own the full lifecycle services business, drive growth and profitability, and lead a multinational team to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience while integrating with Eaton’s global service network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership in global services, field service, aftermarket, or related industrial business.
• U.S. residency and ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global services strategy, roadmap, and business model to drive growth and recurring revenue.
• Build and scale Boyd Thermal's global services organization with structure, talent, and leadership development.
• Establish a globally consistent service operating model with standardized processes, quality systems, and 24/7 support capabilities.
• Own the global Services P&L, including revenue growth, profitability, forecasting, pricing strategy, and contract governance.
• Lead end-to-end customer lifecycle from installation to lifecycle support.
• Develop digital service capabilities, installed-base management, and data-driven insights.
• Manage a global ecosystem of partners, suppliers, and spare-parts logistics.
• Champion safety, quality, compliance, and risk management across regions.
• Partner with engineering, product, operations, and sales to improve product serviceability and lifecycle value.
• Lead organizational transformation to align service capabilities with Eaton's global service network.
