Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Global Solutions Architect to act as the senior technical authority for public cloud, guiding architectural direction across the globe. This individual-contributor role sits at the Technical Director level and will drive reference architectures, guardrails, and deployment patterns for Rubrik’s cloud offerings.

You will lead the most complex global engagements, mentor architects, and shape cloud strategy while partnering with Sales/Pre-Sales on strategic pursuits.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall experience in enterprise cloud environments.
• Hands-on cloud architecture ownership for multi-region/multi-account estates.
• Expertise across compute, storage, networking, identity, and encryption.
• Fluent in cloud security, governance, and compliance within regulated industries.
• Strong automation background with Terraform/CloudFormation/Bicep; scripting in Python/PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Own the global cloud architecture standard and reference architectures.
• Serve as final technical escalation point for cloud decisions on strategic engagements.
• Define the technical shape of Rubrik PS cloud service offerings.
• Lead architecture on the most complex, high-visibility engagements globally.
• Mentor Solutions Architects and senior consultants across theatres; enable delivery accelerators.
