Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an executive to lead the global ServiceNow practice, shaping strategy, operations, and performance. You will drive revenue growth, profitability, and delivery excellence across multiple time zones, coordinating with clients, partners, and internal teams.

You will own certification priorities, talent development, and strategic sales support, while ensuring risk management and high delivery standards across the practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 14+ years of professional services or consulting experience.
• 10+ years in delivery management.
• 8+ years of people management experience.
• Proven P&L management capabilities and experience overseeing business performance.
• Experience managing billable utilization and resource planning.
• Broad understanding of ServiceNow practice and its professional services environment.
• Experience leading global delivery teams across multiple time zones.
• Strong strategic thinking, business judgment, and problem solving.
• Ability to assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain high delivery standards.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with engagement at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand the global ServiceNow practice.
• Oversee revenue growth, profitability, margins, utilization, and recruitment.
• Develop operating plans and forecasts for staffing, backlog, and revenue.
• Define and execute talent strategy with recruitment and development teams.
• Support hiring plans, onboarding, and professional development.
• Coach and mentor teams and promote inclusion.
• Own the ServiceNow certification strategy and enablement activities.
• Collaborate with partner enablement and solutions leadership.
• Support sales in scoping opportunities and drafting SOWs.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans in delivery.
• Develop sales and marketing materials to support growth.
• Approve and sign SOWs within guidelines.
• Manage delivery risk and client satisfaction through governance.
