• Senior leadership experience managing large global delivery organizations.
• Experience with FSP models and offshore delivery.
• Proven ability to manage 200+ professionals across functions and geographies.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the strategic vision for India-based FSP operations, aligning with global priorities.
• Operational Excellence: Lead large, multidisciplinary teams delivering services across statistical programming, biostatistics, clinical data management, and data science.
• Performance Management: Establish and monitor KPIs, utilization, productivity, and quality standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive operational transformation and scalable delivery models.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as executive sponsor for strategic client partnerships with senior stakeholders.
• Client Delivery and Governance: Lead governance meetings, escalations, and account development while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Talent and Organizational Development: Build and retain a high-performing leadership team with succession planning.
• Culture and Engagement: Promote accountability, collaboration and inclusion.
• Financial and Commercial Management: Own revenue delivery, margins, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Business Growth: Support proposals and expansion of client relationships.
• Workforce Planning: Align capacity and talent strategy with client demands.
