Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a Global Partner Manager – Autonomous Workforce/GBS to drive alliance strategy with Deloitte and other partners. The role focuses on aligning ServiceNow technologies with partner practice areas to generate pipeline, accelerate co-innovation, and expand market reach.

The GPM will own global accounts, orchestrate GTM motions, and enable partner teams while aligning with regional and geo strategies across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of global alliances and partner sales experience.
• Proven ability to build go-to-market plans for Channel, SI, and partner organizations.
• Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, AI, or related fields.
• Executive communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to influence and operate in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global GTM alignment and co-innovation initiatives for a Functional Area.
• Own and execute the Global Functional Area partner account plan.
• Drive cross-geo alignment for a consistent global partner experience.
• Develop relationships with Partner Executives to align strategies and offerings.
• Advise partners on market expansion, BU GTM, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate joint GTM motions across product launches and campaigns.
