ServiceNow seeks a senior leader to head Partner Management, steering ISV/OEM partnerships for the ServiceNow Store and driving GNACV outcomes. You will coach managers, shape GTM plans, and ensure quarterly and annual targets are met with strategic alignment to executives.

This role requires extensive experience in tech partnerships, proven revenue achievement, and the ability to influence C-level stakeholders while building scalable operating cadences and hiring strong teams.

Qualificações

• 8+ years managing tech partnerships or enterprise alliances, with 2+ years leading teams.
• Proven track record meeting revenue targets and influencing C-level executives.

• Lead a team of Partner Managers building strategic partnerships with ISVs and OEMs for the ServiceNow Store.
• Own team GNACV targets and develop Partner Managers into trusted advisors.
