You will partner across Service, IT, Finance, Quality, and Field Service to build scalable solutions that drive performance and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in business systems or analytics.
• Experience with field service or service operations tech.

Responsibilities

• Define and continuously improve global service business processes and standards.
• Translate business needs into scalable system requirements.
• Lead design, configuration, and maintenance of service systems globally.
• Design and manage integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and internal apps.
• Develop and execute a data strategy with governance and accessibility.
• Build dashboards and KPI frameworks for data-driven decisions.
• Create reporting using Power BI, Tableau, and related tools.
• Develop data flows and automated reporting structures.
