BD, a leading medical technology company, is seeking a Sr. Manager to define and optimize the Global Service Portfolio for the MMS Dispensing platform. This role drives aftermarket service strategies, including contracts, digital and professional services, and training, across the installed base worldwide.

You will partner with service operations, product management, and regional teams to develop roadmaps, business cases, pricing, and growth plans, ensuring customer value and platform uptime.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 5+ years in service portfolio or product management, aftermarket services, strategic marketing, or related roles for capital equipment or healthcare tech.
• Experience managing service portfolios and lifecycle management for installed-base technologies.
• Understanding of recurring service models, service contracts, digital and professional services, and service economics.

Aufgaben

• Define and lead the service portfolio strategy for the BD MMS Dispensing platform.
• Own the lifecycle of service offerings from concept to retirement.
• Identify unmet needs and translate into differentiated aftermarket services and digital capabilities.
• Develop roadmaps with regional and cross-functional teams and partners.
• Create business cases, pricing, and go-to-market plans for new offerings.
• Analyze portfolio performance using revenue, margin, renewal, and adoption metrics.
• Evaluate market trends and competitive models to differentiate the portfolio.
• Collaborate with regions to adapt offerings for local market needs and drive adoption.
• Communicate strategy and performance to senior leadership and stakeholders.
